Return Terms And Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, toe spacers and foot recovery products that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products, worn toe spacers, or items removed from their sealed packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will provide either a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.


4. Return Process

  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back in secure packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping fees.


7. Exchanges

  • We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
