1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, toe spacers and foot recovery products that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used products, worn toe spacers, or items removed from their sealed packaging.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items.
3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will provide either a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
6. Return Shipping

7. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
